How TCO Reacts To Tetrazine

TCO or Trans cyclooctene has been innovated and studied along with another component which is tetrazine. The reaction between the conjugations of this two became the TCO Click Chemistry which is typically preceding without the use of copper. In addition, it has no means of connection with the rest of catalyst type. But, it also has helped in causing a rapid biorthogonal click chemistry to occur at the same time. In addition, it defined the demand of electron on the method of Diels Alder cycloaddition between the TCO and tetrazine given the fact that nitrogen were reduced.
